Gautam Gambhir feels that Shubman Gill has all the skills to be a successful captain for India, but said that the 25-year-old needs to be given the time to excel. Gill's first outing as captain ended in a loss for India at Headingley.Â

"He has everything that it takes for him to be a successful captain, but we have got to just give him time. It's still very early days."Â
