4 Andhra children playing in car die of suffocation after door locks
Four children had come to attend a wedding in the village when they were locked inside a car while playing.

Four children lost their lives due to suffocation after getting trapped inside a parked car in Andhra Pradesh's Dwarapudi village.
The tragedy occurred near the Mahila Mandal office of the village when the children, who had gone to sit inside the vehicle for fun, accidentally locked the door from the inside.
The children who died were between the ages of 8 and 6 years old.
Andhra Pradesh Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) Minister Kondapalli Srinivas said that the incident happened at the spot when the family came over to attend the wedding.
“It is being learnt that the children were playing nearby, got into an unattended car, and unfortunately locked themselves inside. It was only later that the families came to know what happened. It is unfortunate that four young lives — one boy and three girls — have been lost in this accident,” the minister said.
Further investigations into the matter are underway.
